Responsibilities:

- Plan marketing and develop marketing plans to increase the brand awareness

- Measure customers' feet and consult with customers' fit, design, and materials of shoes

- Place an order of customers' shoes to the manufacture

- Assist in the product quality control

- Contact customers for basic customer service inquires and requests

- Maintain the merchandise (shoes) condition ​

- Arrange and display merchandise (shoes)

- Maintain the organization of merchandise (shoes) and the store

- Pack the merchandise

- Some housekeeping such as cleaning and dusting the store and merchandise (shoes)

Required:

- Great Communication skill both verbal and written in English and Korean

- Knowledge for Microsoft Word and Excel

- Must be able to work flexible hours (+20 hours per week) including evenings, weekend and holidays

- Self motivation

- Positive personality

- Good sense of fashion and color a plus
