ROLE OVERVIEW
EBIN NEW YORK is seeking a Human Resources Manager to assist in the management of HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English and possess strong experience in human resources management and general affairs. This role is responsible for supporting HR strategies, employee relations, compliance, and office administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
· Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
· Assist w/ employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
· Support training and development initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws to minimize legal risks.
· Collaborate with external legal counsel on labor law matters when necessary.
· Handle general affairs, including office administration, facility management, event coordination, vendor relations, and workplace safety.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3 or more years of HR and general affairs experience.
· Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is required.
· Knowledge of federal and NJ/NY state labor laws and HR best practices.
· Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
· Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and promote a positive workplace culture.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
