DESIGN ASSISTANT - Full Time - Contemporary Tween Girls Line

We are seeking an Assistant Designer to join our
team! We are looking for a talented individual with a proven
ability to take direction and create on-trend designs. This is
an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and
showcase your innovative and strong design skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

- Liaise with cross-functional teams

- Assist creating and update seasonal assortment sheet /line sheets and catalog

- Assist creating CAD sketches, prints and graphics of styles in development

- Highly organized, Creates accurate technical packages.

- Assist drawing technical flats on illustrator with detailed explanations, fabric and trims

- Attend fitting and assist making fit comments for factories.

- Assist creating seasonal color and inspiration board.

- Work closely with manager and vendors, assist in day to day projects including filing/organizing
and updating development packages.

- Maintain logs for sample tracking and update chart.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in fashion design, technical design or a related field

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Self-motivated, dynamic “go-getter” with a strong work ethic

- Must demonstrate proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, & Illustrator

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Works well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to multi-task effectively

- Knowledge and understanding of a time and action calendar.

- Strong administrative skills are required for this role

- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

- Fluent in English

- Fluent in Korean is a plus***
