MIAMI SOUTH BEACH에 있는 LUXURIOUS APARTMENT!  단기나 월계약 렌트 가능합니다.  950 SQF 1베드 1.5 베트룸 아파트- 아파트 전체를 공사해서 깨끗하고 모던한 아파트 입니다!  킹 침대 Tempurpedic Bed, 풀 주방과 kitchen bar,  티비와 인터넷 다 포함되어 있습니다.  아파트 빌딩에 차를 파킹할수 있는 자리도 있고, 그리고 수영장도 있습니다.  아파트 빌딩의 높은 층에 있어 마이아미 풍경과 바깥공기를 즐길수 있는 발코니도 따로 있습니다.     마이아미에서 몇주거나 몇달동안 (기간은 6개월 미만이면 가능) 지내고싶은 분들에게 좋은 아파트일것 같습니다.  렌트기간은 negotiate 될수 있으니, 연락 주세요~    950 SQF 1 bedroom, fully got renovated with a 150 balcony with views of South Beach, the Bay and Midtown Miami.  The apartment is on a small island in south beach called Belle Island (across from Standard Hotel). The apartment features, TVs in bedroom and living room, Desk/Office Nook, as well as Chromecast, and cable TV, so you can cast movies / music and other entertainment. Brand new Open concept kitchen, perfect for entertaining and dinner parties. Bedroom comes with a King Size new bed with Tempurpedic Mattress. There is also a couch bed in the living room, as well as a 2nd couch that could easily fit a child.  Also, there are 4 airbeds, ranging from Twin to Queen size in the guest closet, and the living room layout allows plenty of space for an addition 3 air beds / people. (Please look at pictures for layout). There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. The master bathroom which is connected to the Master bedroom, has a his and her sink, and very generous shower with rainfall shower head. Everything is brand new made in Italian Style. There is also a 2nd guest bathroom in the living room. There is also a walk in closet for guests, which is stocked with bathrobes, towels, slippers, and everything that a hotel room would have.The building has a pool, and a gym, and apartment comes with a parking spot. Optional features (which can be discussed with owner) include access to: Scooter, Paddle Boards, BBQ Grill etc.
