Ha, M.D. earned his degree at Korea University Medical College in 1971 and completed his residency & fellowship training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) at New York Medical College and Mt. Sinai Medical School-affiliated hospitals in 1980.   He joined the New York University School of Medicine-affiliated hospitals as a Clinical Asssistant Professor in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation where he taught residents and fellows-in-training for 25 years. For 3 years, he directed the fellowship program which consisted of EMG, NCV, injection skill and research in Neuro-Musculo-Skeletal Disorders.   He is American Board Certified in PM&R, a Fellow of the American Academy of PM&R, and an Active Member of the American Association of Neuromuscular Disorder and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Expertise in Electrodiagnostic Procedure; EMG & NCS; Diagnosis & Treatment for the conditions resulted in Physical difficulties due to Pain or Pain itself.   Practice focuses on Pain in the neck & back and extremity with Weakness, Numbness and Deformity such as pinched nerve, carpal tunnel syndrome, myopathy, arthritis, etc.   Treatments: Physical therapy, Botox injection, Joint injection, Laser, Exercise prescription and instruction.   * Dr. Ha has been in full-time private practice since October 2004 at the present location.     * NYS Medical Lic. # 142074 * Most health insurance accepted.
